Refund Policy

We encourage you to view the product at our site before purchasing.  Product photos on our website are a good guide to the product size and colour, but may not be exact so we encourage you to drop by our site during business hours to view the product in person as size, shape and colour can vary during the season.

There are no refunds or exchanges on bulk or perishable products if the product ordered matches the product picked up or delivered. This includes but is not limited to all mulch, rock, sand and gravel, soil, firewood, decorative rock, boulders and sod. For deliveries - inspect the product before it is off-loaded and contact us if you require a different product (a second delivery charge will apply).

FOR PICK UP PRODUCTS - Please inspect the product before leaving the yard.  We will accept exchanges on tote products within 7 days of purchase, granted the product remains untouched. An additional charge will apply to pick up the original product and a second delivery charge will apply for the delivery of any alternate products. A 20% restocking fee may also apply on refunded and/or exchanged products.

HARDSCAPING PRODUCTS - Stocked hardscaping items can be returned if the product is in new condition, with reciept in hand. There is a 20% restocking fee on all "in-stock" Hardscape and Natural Stone products. All Special Orders are final sale; no refunds or exchanges.  

EXPOCRETE PRODUCTS - size and colour may vary depending on the batch number.  If you are trying to match up with an older project, come and see us in person with a piece from your existing project and we will do our best to find matching pieces. 

Limited 3 Month Plant Warranty

Website or promotional product pictures may vary slightly from actual product. Please visit us in person prior to ordering to see the product first-hand if you need an exact match. One time exchange only on in-stock plant products including but not limited to trees, shrubs, vines and perennials, however it must be within 3 months of purchase. Original plant and receipt must be shown at time of exchange. Warranty does not extend to discounted, sale products or special order plants.  There is no Contractor warranty. Warranty is extended to delivered plants. Plant and receipt must be shown at time of exchange.  No refunds or exchanges on discounted items.
