  • $50 fee ($40 for Jr. tote) is for material processing. Pick up charge will be applied (determined once delivery location is selected; please do not select Customer Pickup). No Tote Credit for Bag Return.

  • Step-by-step Instructions:

  • 1. Order online or in-person.

  • 2. Pick up your empty yard waste tote at 65 Commercial Drive. It will need to be a new bag (which we have on-site). If you wish to return a BMD tote bag from a previous order, we will take the tote, apply your $10 tote credit to the yard waste order, and provide a new bag for the new purchase. This is due to straps breaking while filling or transporting old totes. 

  • 3. Fill your tote with yard waste, ensuring that the bag sits upright, the top is closed and tied securely, and the tote is in a location accessible by our Moffett Forklift, which is 6000lbs and requires 12ft of space to maneuver. A damage waiver may be required prior to pick up if the Moffett needs to leave the pavement. 

  • Please note, PICK UP MAY BE PREVENTED: 

    • -If our driver cannot access the pick up location.
    • -If the totes are sideways or badly leaning.
    • -If the bags are overladen and unable to be safely secured closed for transportation.
    • -If the loops on the totes have been made inaccessible to the forklift, due to the waste tote being overladen, or due to the straps being buried or obscured during filling.

  • In the event that pick up is prevented due to one of these obstructions an additional Pick up charge will apply for us to return at a later date once the customer has rectified the situation preventing the pick up. Totes can be full, but not overflowing, see example pictures above.
