Each hardscape product will be listed as either in stock or special order – all can be viewed on our website accompanied by detailed product images and colour offerings.
What is an In Stock Product?
In Stock products are available for viewing and same day purchasing at our depot.
What is a Special Order Product?
Special Order products can be viewed on our website and ordered through over the phone or at our retail location. Once your order is placed, the product will be specially made for you at Belgard's location.
Special Order products can only be ordered as a full pallet.
What is the Timeline to Receive a Special Order Product?
Special Order products may take between 1-3 weeks depending on production demands – we will call you when your product is ready.
You may pick up your Special Order product from Bark Mulch Depot or have it delivered. Delivery fees apply.
What is Your Return Policy?
In Stock products may be returned, refunded, or exchanged, but a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the original product price. Please bring proof of purchase to ensure the smoothest return process.
Special Order products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged – they are yours.
What is the Best Way to Transport a Pallet?
Most palletized products weigh between 2,000 and 3,000 pounds. If you’re picking up, please ensure your vehicle or trailer is suitable for transporting a full pallet. We can assist with loading your pallet into an appropriate trailer.
Additional Information
All full pallet purchases are subject to a $35 pallet charge which is fully refundable if the pallet is returned to us in good condition. Proof of purchase is required.
If you’re looking to match the colour of a previously purchased hardscape product, please bring a sample to the depot. Colours may vary in different batches and production years.
