How Do I Return/Recycle the Tote Bag?

Tote Return & Recycling

We accept Bark Mulch Depot totes only, provided they are in reusable condition. Totes that are damaged or have contained Road Salt or Pickle Mix are not eligible for reuse due to contamination and will be discarded. Competitor totes are not accepted.

Credit Policy

A $10 credit per reusable tote will be issued:

• Valid toward future purchases only
• Not redeemable for cash
• Minimum purchase of $50 required to apply credit
• Credits remain on file until redeemed

Return Options

Drop-Off:
Return totes to our Springbank location:  Bark Mulch Depot – Landscape Supply Centre
65 Commercial Drive, Springbank
(East of Calaway Park, off Highway #1 West)

Pickup with Delivery:
Apply your credit when placing an online order; totes will be collected at delivery.

Self-Disposal:
Customers may keep or discard totes at their discretion.
